We were contracted to deliver easy access to patients’ care history across multiple practices as part of a major Digital Transformation for the health sector.

Jersey’s medical practitioners faced one of the biggest transformations in recent years with the introduction of a digital record sharing service that would totally change the way in which patients’ records were shared, created and stored.

What we did

Our job was to deliver easy access to patients' care history across multiple practises with the option of sharing them with other parties and agencies including GP's and hospitals. The solution identified to achieve this goal was EMIS Web.​

EMIS Web is a clinical system for delivering integrated healthcare. It allows healthcare professionals to record, share and use vital information, so they can provide better, more efficient care. ​

The outcome

The service was successfully rolled out across multiple services and agencies on time and within budget.
