Leonie McCrann, CEO

Leonie leads Marbral Advisory as CEO, driving the company's prominence in professional services specialising in change management. With a career spanning 20 years, Leonie has excelled in roles ranging from project and programme management to strategic transformational oversight. Her visionary leadership has propelled Marbral Advisory to remarkable growth, expanding its reputation as a trusted partner to its clients in Jersey, Isle of Man, Guernsey and the UK. A sought-after thought leader, Leonie is committed to empowering organisations to thrive in the digital age through innovation and excellence.

Qualifications: IoD Diploma in Company Direction | PMI PMP | Agile Change Practitioner | GDPR Practitioner | Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Interesting Fact About Leonie: Leonie is a digital geek and holds a first class Honours BSc in Information Technology. In 2022, she was appointed Head Judge for the Jersey Tech Awards. 


Chris Cashell, Principal Change Architect, Ireland

Chris is growing Marbral Advisory’s practice in Ireland. He has been involved in large successful change implementations (in UK, US and Ireland) across multiple industries, including insurance, manufacturing and service, healthcare, finance, local government and utilities. He has undertaken the transformation of global PMO’s with up to 150 PMs as well as delivering the first all digital hospital in the state of Wisconsin in the US. 

Chris has presented at conferences over the years around project delivery, change management and leadership. More recent presentations have involved ‘How to Future Proof your PMO’ at the Future PMO conference in London, plus facilitation of a session on Change in Sofia in Bulgaria.

Qualifications: Diploma in Management Studies though Nottingham and Trent University | PMP Certification | Scrum Master | Diploma in Irish Archaeology through the University of Galway.

Interesting Fact About Chris: In his spare time, he loves history and has just finished his Diploma in Irish Archaeology through the University of Galway. He also enjoys exploring the beautiful Irish countryside and relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine.


Dawn Rutherford, Principal Change Architect, Jersey

With over 25 years of change and project management experience, Dawn is passionate about leading effective change and working alongside organisation leaders to build change capability and leave lasting legacies. During her change career, which has a specific focus on people, culture, and organisational change, she has led transformational change programmes across multiple sectors ranging from financial services, retail, housing, and utilities, to public sector. Dawn is a leader who brings teams together. She believes that making people the focus of any change programme ensures that the change is not only known but understood and embraced.

Qualifications: Prosci Change Management Practitioner | PRINCE2 | Managing Successful Programmes | Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Laura Spears, Head of People and Operations

Laura is responsible for driving Marbral's operational excellence across the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Ireland, and the UK. She orchestrates all resourcing activities, ensuring optimal talent selection, development and client satisfaction. Drawing from sixteen years of operational roles in London, Laura brings expertise in customer-centricity and employee management. Her return to Jersey in 2020 marked a pivotal moment, reuniting her with her birthplace and igniting a fresh chapter with Marbral Advisory.

Qualifications: OU Certificate in Social Sciences | MHFA certified | Studying towards Level 5 CMI.

Interesting Fact About Laura: Laura loves outdoor activities and when she is not persuading colleagues to join her for the South Coast Challenge, she can often be spotted out and about with her sausage dog Murphy, making the most of Jersey’s cliff paths and beaches. 


Natasha Egré, Head of Client and Product Development

Natasha is an award-winning communications and product development specialist who has worked with international clients from both the public and private sector. Natasha works from our headquarters in Jersey and looks after a wide portfolio of clients in the Finance, Legal, Government, ALO, Transport, Construction and Telecoms industries. She is the creative force working with Marbral’s vibrant brand, strategically manages Marbral’s service and product expansion, and she also heads up Marbral’s Social Value Taskforce.

Interesting Fact about Natasha: Natasha became the youngest person to be appointed Chair of the Institute of Directors Jersey Branch in 2022.


Stuart Ingledew, Principal Change Architect, Isle of Man

Stuart leads the Isle of Man team, bringing the company’s extensive change management capabilities to the Island. With 15 years of experience in senior management and Head of Operation roles, Stuart has significant expertise across an array of skills, including operational efficiency, strategy and leadership, project and change management, budgets and financial management, customer service, and data/MI analysis. He embodies the Marbral Advisory brand through his work as a trusted delivery partner for clients in both the private and public sector, and is dedicated to making a real difference through engagement, empowerment, and knowledge sharing, enabling teams and organisations to achieve, and often exceed, their goals and aspirations.

Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Degree in Mathematics | Financial Planning (Cert PFS) | Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Interesting Fact about Stuart: Stuart has worked as an extra in several films shot on the Isle of Man, including Chromophobia, Orson Welles, and the Libertine, where he met Johnny Depp, John Malkovich, and Samantha Morton.
