Hybrid Appointment for Anova and Marbral Advisory
Beatrice Speck has joined Anova and Marbral Advisory as a Marketing Associate. Anova, a wellbeing technology company, was founded in Jersey by Marbral Advisory, a leading change management and project management specialist. The two companies now work side by side and are expanding to offer new cross-jurisdictional opportunities.
In her hybrid role, Miss Speck will be driving forward the marketing strategy for start-up Anova, both locally and internationally. She will also be supporting the team to deliver compelling communications material and campaigns for Marbral Advisory. Her responsibilities include delivering engaging communications to different audiences, planning, and managing events, and working on digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
Beatrice brings four years of experience in Market Research to her role. She previously worked for global marketing research agency 4insight. During this time, her key objectives were project management and evaluation of high-profile research studies with clients across all sectors. She also managed rebranding initiatives and implemented the digital transformation of internal systems. Miss Speck's expertise in these areas will be invaluable as she launches Anova in new markets and assists in the growth strategy for Marbral Advisory.
Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing, she is utilising crucial marketing tools and principles, including social media management and analytics, omni-channel campaign planning, website management, and design work.
Outside of the marketing world, Miss Speck particularly enjoys health and fitness, travelling and being on the beach. Beatrice continues her curiosity and passion of improving mental health, wellbeing, and psychology, by researching, reading, and listening to podcasts, and prioritising her own wellbeing by spending time with friends, family, and Springer Spaniel, Lockie.
